From the Frugal Gourmet, Jeff Smith circa 1990's. Makes a big batch of batter that can sit in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. In the morning pop a pan full in the oven for 30 mins.

Chicken Jalfrezi

This is a Pakistani recipe that is a spicy curry. This dish is best served with basmati rice, chapattis or naan bread I have modified the original recipe to remove the ghee, added many more onions (love onions!). The onions were supposed to be grated. I slice or dice them to make it easier.
