Dijon Chicken Smothered in Mushrooms

The mustard-mushroom sauce is yummy, but mild. My family likes it simple, but you can change it up by adding different seasonings/herbs to your taste. I serve with brown rice and fresh veggies on the side.

Asian Cole Slaw

I serve this as a side dish to tuna burgers, but it is a great base for a main dish salad if you add some extras.
