This crust is made of finely crushed pork rinds, and makes a fantastic crunchy, non-greasy crust. The taste is a big hit with even skinny family members!
Tried out this recipe after my husband accidently brought home blue cheese instead of feta. Meat, vegetable, cheese and grain all in one recipe. Serve a salad and you will be satisfied AND full.
Sweet and Spicy, spices should actually be "to taste". I like a hotter (spicier) taste, so I like to put on more chili powder and pepper.
These cookies satisfy my need for something sweet, and I don't even need icing on them. They are a cross between a cookie and a biscotti-type cracker..real good!
A family favorite, this is a fast and easy meal, heart and filling. It's amazing with corn bread (for those who can "afford" it with their meal). It is FULL of potassium and protein, and about 1/4 to 1/3 of the sodium in lots of white chile recipes. Yummy!
Not a crispy cookie, it is softer and chewier. My family likes them better than store bought. These are made with Splenda and Egg Beaters, so they are low in calories and fats. Makes 24 cookies...you can have 2 or 3 to satisfy that cookie craving! I hope you like them!
