You could add:
dried fruit
sunflower seeds

Brussels Sprouts with Cheeeeese

Brussels sprouts are a great vegetable but I like to add some hard cheese for added calcium and taste.

When researching brussels sprouts I learned that boiling or blanching them reduces their cancer fighting qualities so I microwave them instead.
