This is a high-powered, well-balanced breakfast smoothie! Bananas are kept frozen in separate portions for ease and convenience. They also make for a real thick consistency, where using ice cubes waters it down.
Stew Mix purchased from Books N Things in Arnold's Park, Iowa
This is a SUPER substitute for instant (or not) mashed potatoes. Minced garlic makes for zippy additional option. So good, you can eat a whole cup and feel great about it!
Make double batch and freeze 3-6 meatballs in individual freezer bags for reach and grab convenience. Can freeze raw meatballs or cooked meatballs up to 2 weeks
NOTE: If made with 99% Fat-Free ground turkey, reduce calories by 30, fat -5.5, sat. fat -3, cholesterol -4.5, sodium -5 and increase protein by 3.5
Optional sauce which can be added to Meatloaf during cooking time (20 minutes prior to end time); can add 1-2 tbsp of meatloaf drippings to all these ingredients, if desired
This meatloaf can be topped 20 min before done with sauce (see separate recipe)
