Can't Stop Eating It Salad

Recipe adapted from

Freezer Friendly Turkey Veggie Meatballs

Packed with veggies to fool the husband into eating them and baked instead of fried.


Like the expensive bars you can buy in a store. This is just one variation. Try it with dried cherries instead of prunes, almonds instead of walnuts...the variations are endless.

Sauteed Italian Vegetables

Delicious. I ate the whole thing!

Chicken Veggie Lasagne

Layer and bake at 350 for 45 mins.

Crisper Salad

Called this because I threw in a bunch of random veggies from my crisper. It's similar to the Paula Dean broccoli salad recipe but with reduced calorie mayo and Truvia instead of sugar. Also used real bacon bits instead of frying bacon (that's what I had).

Baked Pumpkin

No-crust baked pumpkin puree.

Chicken & Mushrooms Cabernet

Simple crock pot dish. Serve over brown rice.

Butter Chicken for 6

Chicken Parisienne (crockpot)
