Recipes I've Shared:
My great grandma made shrimp & grits for me when I was little in a heavy cast iron skillet. I made a few adjustments, but kept it close to her original recipe. Miss you Grandma Tiny!
I LOVE stuffed mushrooms, but most are so unhealthy. Mine are 30 calories and 1.5 fat grams each. And CHEAP!
My spin on the very delicious, but very expensive VitaTop Muffins. They give you 4 in a box for around $10. This recipe is for 24 and it's roughly about $3 for all 24 servings! That's 12cents per muffin!
Same sweet cinnamon crunchy texture, wrapped around cool, melty Vanilla Ice Cream, drizzled with a kiss of Chocolate, like all those fattening desserts at the GOOD Mexican food resaurants.
Full of fiber, LOW fat, Low calorie and FULL of vegetables, could DEFINITELY be a Vegetarian Casserole without chicken!
I added extra fruit to the Traditional McCormick Orange Smoothie, that's all.
I loved eating Mexican Casserole and Enchiladas growing up as part of my family's traditional, so I decided to make my own. Now this is my recipe that I plan on handing down to my children. The "Mexican Celebration" is to represent the Mexico Flag, with Red, White & Green, same as my 3 sauces present in and on this dish. Hope you enjoy!
An amazingly simple salsa recipe but a kick of deliciousness that my husband mixes up! The batch makes about 2 3/4 cups of salsa or 33 tablespoons.
Delicious alone, on eggs, in quesadillas...
It's from the Biggest Loser's Family Cookbook (Green Cover), page 124 & 125, but I made some substitutions.
