Blueberry Banana Muffins

These are so moist and delicious with just a hint of banana. If you add two bananas you will need to reduce the milk to 1/2 cup.

Cabbage and Root Vegetable Soup

This soup is great with a little heat added such as tabasco, or red pepper flakes. I think adding a can of rinsed white beans to this or chicken would also be good. I just wanted a good hearty root soup for fall.

Wilted Baby Greens with Bacon Dressing

Recipe makes 6 cups for 3 2-cup servings

Vary this recipe with different fruit and nuts and chips.

Slow Cooker Texas Pulled Pork

Texas-style pulled pork in a tangy chili-seasoned barbeque sauce with lots of onion. Serve on a buttered toasted sandwich round or bun with a light cole slaw!

Venison Spaghetti Sauce

This is a great low fat sauce. Adjust herbs to taste. Very low fat, no sugars.

Cheater No-bake Coconut Cream Pie

This cheater pie is as flexible as can be. It is easily altered to be even lower fat and very low sugar. It's quick to make and requires no cooking or baking. Okay, it's not a real coconut cream (my favorite) but it will do in a pinch.
