I use extra lean ground beef. The blue cheese sauce on top makes it extra delicious and moist. Yes, it adds the calories, but it's a treat that's worth it!

Enjoy this high protein, delicious, yet low calorie souffle. I line the bottom of the dish with turkey breast for added protein. I garnish the souffle with thinly sliced asparagus for crunch. Enjoy!!!
