Great source of Fiber and Protein
Excellent for before and after a workout.
These Breakfast Bars are a great way to start your morning, especially before or after a work out. When I make a batch I keep them in the freezer and just take one out and let it thaw for about 10-15 minutes. It's a great way to keep them fresh. Makes about 20 - 3oz. servings
