To enhance the cheese flavor add 1/3 cup nutritional yeast, will also boost the protein content.
I do not add any salt because I am trying to lower my salt intake.
I like to eat this on shredded lettuce.
Serving Size - 2 oz.
I didn't have all the ingredents for the original tuna melt so I modified.
