Veggie Omlette

A good way to get your veggies in the morning!! I love the Farmer's Market so I chop all the Veggies I buy ahead of time so everything is ready to go when the mood strikes me! Also-I usually make the entire Omlette and then only eat half. Immediately put the other half aside so you can put it in the fridge.

Coffee Protein Shake

For a quick and easy on-the-go snack or meal, use a Shaker Cup to creat your shake. I use Jay Robb Protein powder because it doesn't have Artificial Sweetners and it blends smoothly.
