This broccoli salad recipe was inspired my Walmart's Deli Broccoli Salad!! It is a much CHEAPER and HEALTHIER version!!

Chocolate Fudge Pudding Pops

Revised version of "mousse" for popsicle maker/mold.

Super Green Smoothie (Lucky Charms)

This smoothie recipe was inspired by DELIGHTED MAMA'S "Best Low Carb Green Smoothie," which can be found here:

It was described as tasting like "Lucky Charms," and while it was "good" (especially for a green smoothie), it wasn't exactly what I expected. So, I decided to revamp this recipe and NOW it really does taste like LUCKY CHARMS!! YUM!!

Sugar Free Syrup

This is my alternative to Torani SF syrup. It is much tastier and I can make it with Ideal/Xylitol, instead of Splenda. However, you can use Splenda or another sweetener, if you choose.

Fluffy Coconut Flour Pancakes (Low Carb/Gluten Free)

Adapted recipe from "All Day I Dream About Food" blog.

Caralynn's Banana "Shake"

My daughter's favorite banana "shake" recipe!

Apricot Pecan Mini Muffins (Pancake Mix)

A tasty variation of Hungry Jack's Mini Fruit Wheat Muffins.

Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee

A great alternative to the coffee/fast food chains' cream-laden sugar free iced coffees!

Very Good (4 ratings)
Praline Pecan Sweet Potatoes (Gluten Free/No Sugar Added)

A delicious gluten free, no sugar added sweet potato casserole w/praline pecan topping.

Pea Salad

Crisp and crunchy pea salad.

Cauliflower Rice

This is an excellent low-carb and gluten-free alternative to rice.

Mexican Black Soy Beans

This recipe is a tasty, low carb alternative to traditional black beans. One-half cup has only 2.8 net carbs.

Very Good (3 ratings)
Flaxseed Quick Muffin/Toast (Gluten Free/Low Carb)

This is my go-to breakfast recipe. This recipe is gluten free and low carb/sugar. I like to slice the "muffin" horizontally into 4 thin "toasts" and top them with whipped cream cheese or Polaner Sugar Free w/Fiber Preserves.

Very Good (2 ratings)
Grilled Pork Chops

This simple recipe is my favorite for grilling pork chops. It's simple seasonings highlight the true flavor of the chops. I use thick cut (1.25" - 1.75") bone-in pork chops.
