A different way to eat liver.
While inspired by various asian cuisines, I'm not sure you could really call it authentic, lol!
This is a combination of a couple different recipes I was looking at already on Sparkrecipes
I made these to have a full breakfast in a single ready to go bar
I'm sure this isn't the least bit authentic, but i had a craving for some spicy Asian-esque food and this is what I came up with.
This is a very modified recipe I found on food.com for Taco Bell Quesadilla sauce. But this version is a lot less sweet and thicker on the veggies. Although the way I make it, it's a little bit of nothing as for as calories go!
It goes great with chicken or shrimp on a whole wheat tortilla!!
