My own, personal flavor of the ever-so-famous (and delicious) Larabar. No nuts, however, making this version lower fat and lower calories.
The only ingredients are vegetables and a little sauce... but they taste great!
Warms vegans up on a cold winter night, or refreshes them, when refrigerated, on a hot summer day. Whatever the reason, it's delicious.
These delicious carrot muffins are less than 90 calories each (less than 45 for minis!) and are virtually fat-free. Spread them with butter--or fat free butter substitution-- and you have a delicious breakfast or snack. Spread them with your favorite icing and you have a scrumptious dessert! Enjoy. ;)
