Contains lots of yummy stuff like cranberries, raisins & apples, plus flaxseed. I top mine with chopped nuts (not included in nutritional info). Can also be made with milk (cow, soy, rice or almond; again not included in nutritional info).
Lower sodium than canned mixed nuts, this mixture does not contain the nuts that generally cause issues for people (like me) with nut intolerances (but not allergies, sorry).
Can be made ahead and refrigerated overnight or thrown together for an easy weekend dinner.
You can also drop corn bread over the top of this like dumplings if you have extra calories for the da.
Made with large slice 100% 100% whole wheat brea, 100% egg whites & 1 whole egg.
