I love to mix meats in my spaghetti. Sometimes I have leftover burgers and crumble that to add to it as well the flavors are amazing. You can even blend the seasonings in the crock pot and let is simmer then add the meat in the end.
This is something I learned to make to stretch the salmon with my family. I just had to learn to make it healthier. Of course I could have used brown rice or added vegetables but I like my veggies on the side.
I did not want to have to count the sodium content of the cabbage listed onsite so I did my own recipe. This is actually what I do nothing fancy.

really flavorful shrimp
I love to slow cook my food so this was baked for a least 2-3 hours on low. Yes 2-3 hours! Gives me time to do other things like clean up and prepare rice and beans.
Ground turkey sausage, egg and cheese breakfast wrap. Ok, I like to eat I love eggs and cheese. I came up with this because I didn't want to purchase fast food. I also don't like liquid eggs, but if you want to substitute feel free.

My cornbread its not healthy but I don't like the box mix at all this can easily be substituted with wheat flour and liquid egg I like sugar in mines so you can lower the amount of sugar as well.
