Great low-carb snack
This tasty dip came about when I had a salmon fillet left over from dinner the previous night. I researched other recipes and modified this one to suit the ingredients I had on had. Happy accident - I'll be making this again!
A lower carb option for having a sophisticated European-style dinner that even the kids will love!
This is a recipe shared in my What's for Dinner? Facebook group.
I used a recipe for potatoes and just substituted cauliflower. My husband liked it even better than the potato version!
We were looking for a "healthy" dessert, and actually found one! I'd heard about baked apples, but didn't like the original recipe I found, so I've modified it until my husband begs me to make it every night!
This is an easy way to use the store-bought pre-cooked polenta as a side dish.
This is great mixed with a little fruit or all by itself. Recipe variations include using coco powder for chocolate pudding, but that's not included in the nutrition information.
A delicious way to use that tube of polenta in your refrigerator!
I was looking for something quick and easy to do with the shrimp I had, so I sauteed them and they came out quite good!
Stupid thing is way too many calories!!!
I modified this recipe from one I found in Midwest Living to make it more diet-friendly. My family absolutely loves this, and even the kids will cheer when they hear it's what's for dinner. The nutrition information does not include the optional dipping sauce.
This is a low-calorie adaption of a recipe I found on another web site. I removed the flour, and the fillets are quite good without it!
These make a divine and very filling meal when stuffed with spinach and chicken sausage and topped with mozzarella cheese!
