Warm, filling and SO easy to make! Sodium is a bit high but that can be controlled by using a low sodium ham (which I did NOT do in this recipe).
I usually use this for canning so the measurements are for a very large batch. Will fill several quart jars for a water bath.
Vegetable side dish.
A great quick filling breakfast.
Something to do with the leftover thanksgiving turkey!
