I love spicy foods and often crave something with a lot of flavor. Add some chicken, tuna, or shrimp if you like. I mix the greens and veggies based on what's in season and what's in my fridge.
Mix fruits, juices, and consistency to personal taste for an ever-changing variety. So good you may even be willing to give up ice cream!
My husband loves full fat and high calorie dishes...he doesn't even notice that this is the "skinny" version! Switch out the bell peppers or mushrooms for broccoli...add chicken or shrimp...the possibilities are endless!
