Honey Dew Sorbet

Made in the bellini multi cooker - or thermomix
This is a very basic recipe but tastes refreshingly delish! Using the splenda helps cut the calorie and carb count.
Add seasonal fruits, make ice cubes from coconut milk, pineapple juice, apple juice, wine .... just remember that your modified version may contain more calories.

Zuchini Quiche (muffin style)

I like to cook these and serve them with a side salad. Low calorie and high in protein.
2 muffins per serve.

Chicken Salad Rice Paper Rolls

3 ingredients, very quick to make if you are using left over cooked chicken.

Grapefruit Berry Smoothie

The banana sweetens this beleive it or not but if you find the grapefruit juice too bitter add some honey or sugar substitute - allow for extra calories. I wanted to make something to give my immune system a kick start and chose fruits high in Vitamin C (237% RDA in this recipe). It's smooth and filling and surprised me with its taste and calorie content.
