This is a quick smoothie that has a full serving of veggies, 2 of fruit, and if you can get over the green color -it resembles the taste of a peanut butter and banana sandwhich....with no peanut butter added. It's very convenient and will keep you full until your next meal. (I have it for breakfast).
These are really really good!!! Have them for a snack, or do what I do, which is have one before working out, and one before breakfast. I put 6 in a quart size ziplock bag and keep them in the freezer until I want them, then just keep one bag in the fridge. They are light, moist and REALLY good! :) Hope you enjoy!!
