Roasted Basil Tomato Soup

This is a very delicious soup, very filing and yummy. I like to add the chili powder for a light after kick but you don't have to add it.

Originally this recipe was from Crock pot recipe but i have changed some things.

Please note that the salt content can very depending on which canned tomatoes, tomato paste and chicken broth you use. Also if you add extra salt in the end.

Simple Brown Rice

I do this simple recipe in my rice cooker. I add sometimes a dash of salt depending on the taste of the broth. Since I don't stick to the same broth.

I sometimes also add other seasonings depending on what I am pairing it with. Like Italian seasoning or spices.

You don't have to add the butter but i think its makes it a bit more fluffy and tastier.

Creamy Garlic Mashed Cauliflower

This is a great substitute for the normal mashed potatoes. I think its even better at times. Sometimes I add a little more buttermilk to make it more creamier depending on what I am pairing it with.

You can opt to add another 2 tsp of oil after its done as a garnish along with the fresh chives but realize that will raise the nutritional info.

The serving size varies depending on how big your cauliflower is and if you can manage to scope it all out. I dont have a food processor so I use my blender so sometimes I end up with 1/2 cup of serving other times I have gotten 3/4 cup but with a bigger cauliflower head.
