Simple Bean Burgers

This can be crumbly and is dryer than the Veggie Burgers in the stores, but has only ingredients you can name and much less salt.

Breakfast Smoothie - Mixed Berry

Greek yogurt gives lots of calcium and protein without adding the carbs and the other ingredients sweeten it. This is the only recipe I've ever tried that makes me think even I could learn to like Greek yogurt. Also works great as a dessert instead of something like ice cream. Ground flax seed can also be added if desired.
