Make the paste,
Easy to make but long process
Whole wheat flour mixed with 10% of Soy flour and 5% wheat bran
2 big bunches of Basil
1 cup olive oil
1 cup slivered almonds
2 cloves Garlic
Salt to taste
Great to eat for Breakfast, Lunch or dinner
This is a very common Indian curry. Every household makes it and it is always different in every house.
It is a Vegetarian Thai curry minus the Fish and Shrimp.
Roti is a staple of Indians Adding Soy increases the protein and helps diabetic people enjoy it with less guilt.
