Same taste and texture as using a 16oz container of regular sour cream.
Chicken Breast marinated in Soy Sauce and Lemon Juice, browned with Rice Bran Oil, and stewed with Fresh Ginger, Carrots, Onions, and a touch of Brown Sugar
Vegetarian (I think - see Tips below). Less than 250 Calories per serving. Super delicious.
