I was looking for a healthier Chili recipe using dried beans instead of canned. This is what I came up with. Feel free to tweek it. I must admit I do think it is missing something. I did not meassure out the servings, so it is probably more than 16. I browned the meat the same night I soaked the beans so in the morning I just dumped it all into the crockpot.
