Don't let the cottage cheese fool you into thinking this isn't a delish smoothie. The cottage cheese makes this smoothie thick and adds a powerful punch of protein. This smoothie is great for a post-weights sesh because of the 1:1 ratio of carbs to protein. Feel free to mix it up with different fruit, strawberries are great too! Also, a fun tip: if you're like me, you buy bananas and forget about them...Cut them into chunks, or split them in half and throw those suckers in a zip-lock bag and freeze them for smoothies!
Not intended to be the most delicious pancakes you've ever tasted, but will definitely be the healthiest and I promise you won't be getting a stomach ache like I do after eating at IHOP :)
