This is my savior when I'm craving ice cream! It's delicious, decadent, and much lower in calories and fat than ice cream.
Flavorful and healthy recipe, the oatmeal and milk makes it moist (and high in fiber!) despite being low-fat. I sometimes sprinkle just a bit of low-fat shredded cheddar on top of the salsa in the last ten minutes. This recipe is from Joy Bauer's Food Cures book.
