Mashed cauliflower for those of us on carb restricted diets. Less fat than the South Beach & Atkins versions. It's a nice soup if you double it, too.
This is from the Weight Watcher's Ultimate Flex & Core Cookbook. I only had 12 ounces of fish in the house at the time, but the recipe calls for 16oz. . Sixteen ounces should serve 4 (150 calories)
