Creamy salad sweetened with Agave
I wanted to create a Granola that would stick with me so in went the peanut butter. I use Agave as the sweetener because of where is falls on the glycemic index. No big blood sugar drop. I added in the flax because it is AWESOME for us. You can't even tell it is there.
My family LOVES these!
This makes enough for company.
Serve over rice
