Next time you bake some potatoes, bake a couple extra for home fries on another day.
Makes 8 - 10 pancakes. Nutritional info is per pancake, based on 8 pancakes.
All these ingredients are guesstimates as I cook without measurements all the time. In general this is a lo fat gravy.
Just quick and plain chicken salad from leftover roaster. I had no celery on hand, but usually include this for 'crunch'.
I based it on another recipe using what I had on hand. Here's a photo of what's left of it! Even my gluten eating husband liked this one!
Very good and full of nutrition. Great for breakfast toast.
