Morrocan spicy soup with couscous

A warming soup with a morroccan feel to it.

I was given this by a gentleman whilst in hospital, he's been baking this for many years, after trying it myself i can taste why. A true indulgence with lots of flavour. I just tweaked it a little, i.e sweetener instead of sugar, sunflower oil instead of veg oil, and so on. You have to try it to beleive the flavours.

Really nice chunky flavoursome salad I gained from Really easy to prepare, and easier on the waisteline too. Can adjust herbs to your liking

Julie's stew

This is the stew my mother taught me. except for the thickening granules & stockpot. I have made a healthier transfer. With less than 200 cals per serving its great for anytime of year.

Fruity thick smoothie

This is something I tried awhile ago, it can be swapped and changed as necessary, like changing the milk for yogurt etc, the fruit can be exchanged on demand to suite the seasons etc. it fills you up and its nice in the summer with the ice in there too. Just add honey to sweeten if required.

Slimming worlds blamange

Although not a typical blamange it make a delightful after dinner desert. I used strawbery based yogurt & Jelly, but my sister does Tangering crystals with a fat free passionfruit and mango yogurt. Its your taste buds, experiment
