Love these!! I used Sucanat ad a sweetner (organic dried sugar cane) and a 'tad' of strawberry jam. Will try again and freeze some.
Sooo yummyy!!! Made these with brown sugar and they were so nice! Topped them with a little bit of strawberry jam mmmm delicious!
Better when made the night before. I made this twice. First,I made it the night before & cooked in the morning. They were thick and firm. The next time, I made it fresh. They were thin and runny. The 1st time was more of a pancake texture. They were yummy both times. I also used brown sugar
