Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used an egg subsitute and a lite sugar baking blend in this recipe. I was only able to get one loaf out of this receipe. It was very wet and I ended by working more flour into the dough before doing the first baking. It also need an extra 15 mins in the oven to finish it off.
