I triple this recipe. 3 cups yams, 1/4 cup splenda, 3 egg whites, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract, 11/2 tbls. brown sugar/splenda blend, 3 tbls. pecans, 11/2 tables. flour, 1 1/2 tables. of whole wheat flour, 11/2 tbls. applesauce.
My family could not believe that this wasn't the same recipe I use at Thanksgiving.... which is very, very full of sugar and butter. Thanks for such a healthy and wonderful alternative!!!
