Did your Grandma Maria know my Grandma Nelle? She used to make this same dish! : ) It is delicious. My G-ma used to also melt some cheese over the whole thing, Mmmm.... Guess I'll only do that if I've got a calorie deficit for the day though.
I used fresh tomatoes also and exchanged whole wheat spaghetti for corn, and Italian seasoning instead of steak seasoning. (Less sodium)
