I follow the recipe but is the 2 tablespoons for herbs wrong? It came out wayyy too much herbs to about 1/3 cup cereal crushed. It didn’t even stick to the mozzarella. I had to keep adding cereal until it was a somewhat decent to eat. Which probably made the calorie count go up which defeats the p
If I'm reading this recipe correctly and the serving sizes, 1/2 of a mozzarella stick is a serving? It's not as low-cal as it appears when looking at the nutritional value. I would probably want to eat 4 1/2 sticks, or 2 whole sticks, which makes this snack over 200 calories, plus the sauce :/
