very easy to put together i used regular helman's but scaled back on the amount used and i also threw a little bit of sea salt on both sides of the tilapia and it came out perfect if your dodging fast food this makes a great lunch idea Submitted by:

I really don't ever eat fish, so I was hesitant to try this one. I did not have any mayo, so I subsituted light ranch dressing. I also omitted the celery salt, lemon juice and basil. I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful this tasted! I think I will try it again with chicken breasts. Submitted by:

I usually make Parm Tilpia Fish and I came up with the idea on my own by mixing ingredients I had in my house. This recipie is similar to it and its great, use low fat versions of everything thats high in fat and you're good to go! Submitted by:

This dish was a hit with my family!!! And so fast and easy to make!!! I added fresh crushed garlic to mine, and used garlic salt instead of celery salt, and garlic powder instead of onion powder.........just cause i didn't have any! Still was delicious!!! Submitted by:
