Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Added more chicken quarters, used salt, pepper, and garlic on chicken, and cooked potatoes in a seperate pan. Chicken came out VERY tender. I cooked both for 90 minutes @ 350 and neither was dry!
Husband made this with tony's vegetable seasoning and it was very good. Chicken stayed moist and potatoes had good flavor. The only issue I have is with the fattiness of the meat.
