I made this for my father and grandmother who are diabetic, I used Nilla Wafers Reduced Fat and Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding with Cool Whip Free and it was great! I made it in a bread pan and froze it, then cut it into squares! Everyone really loved it.
i'm not sure how healthy or low calorie this is, unless u use low cal pudding, but it sounds delish! i will try it!
