wonder where they got the calories for that size bird. is there a website somewhere, i wonder, that tells what the calorie count of wild game is, or is she just guessing?
I think the calorie count is wrong. It is the goose. If you don't eat the skin or bones, there is not nearly as many calories! I modified the recipe to account for 1 serving, without skin or bone, of a 10 pound bird per serving. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-deta
