Coach's Comments
Each night we sat on the veranda, gazed longingly at the neighbors' pool, and sipped wine while feasting on healthy Turkish food.We paired our cig kofte with olives, roasted peppers, fresh tomatoes, arugula, feta, whole-grain bread and stuffed grape leaves. Our "meze" (appetizer) platter was one of the most memorable moments of our trip.
WARNING: This is incredibly spicy and strong in flavor, thanks to the raw onion and garlic. Adjust according to your preferences.
