I made this tonight and added some milk to scramble the eggs and found it to be very light, although I do wonder about the calories, seems a bit low for a 9X13 yielding only 6 servings. *update* cals refigured /8 srv = 315 . Use 1.3 serving for when adding to nutrition tracker.
