So I haven't made this, but I'm planning on it... I'm pretty sure that a high sodium level can be counteracted with a large increase in water intake to balance it.... so just drink more water lady!
Daily sodium recommended values are not to exceed 2440 mg per day... this dish has more than half of that!! Not food for people with hypertension, that's for sure!!
