Very bland. Followed the recipe, and it made a ball of dough. No mention of adding liquid, and I found it needed to between ¾ - 1 cup of milk. Cinnamon was overpowering. If I try this again, I would omit the cinnamon and add a pinch of salt and a teaspoon of lemon juice to brighten the flavor.
