I made this for dinner tonight and it was simply delicious! I used cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, parsley, pepper and garlic salt as my seasonings. I also used pam spray in lieu of butter. :)
Very GOOD!! I used butter cooking spray instead of butter. I thought it was a bit salty so next time I will just add salt as I cook it but overall it was amazing!!! It better than any fish I have ever had! I always need tartar sauce, for the first time ever...I didn't need it!! GREAT RECIPE! Thanks!
MY HUSBAND LIKED THIS. I USED CANOLA OIL INSTEAD OF BUTTER. I USED A DASH OF SEASONED SALT INSTEAD OF SALT. I USED 1/2 TSP RED PEPPER AND LEFT OUT BLACK PEPPER. I USED 2 TSP ITALIAN SEASONING INSTEAD OF THYME ,OREGANO AND CUMIN. THANK YOU FOR RECIPE.
