We liked these a lot, but next time I will add a tiny pinch of salt. I made 1/4 recipe for two of us. Next time I'll make 1/3. Has anyone tired adding some cinnamon? We have the Low-carb almond meal pancakes almost every weekend, and these are a nice high protein change.
