I reduced the potatoes and added some carrots, also used no more than 1 Tbsp oil max. (2 tsp in the onions and chicken, 1 tsp to coat the potatoes so they could brown). Spiced w/ rosemary, thyme, black pepper and some smoked sea salt. Good flavor, but chicken was dry, and not best use of endive. Submitted by:
