Nutrition & Calorie Comments

It was okay, but I dumped the peppers and salt substitute, changed the onion powder to onion bits and it was much better.
Made chicken fajitas with bell peppers, onions and carrots, using 1 Tbsp oil and juice from 1 1/2 limes. My husband and son loved it even though it was no salt added! The blend of spices was really good.
(Tip: add some water to compensate for the low oil and to prevent sticking in the pan)
I used this mixture to marinate chicken breasts inside a ziplock bag, then baked in the oven on a sheet pan @350 until cooked through, I turned over 1x and cut into strips after baking. If you want low sodium, this delivers lots of tex-mex flavor without the salt.
I like this very much! We love spicy without the salt.
